Refund
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To return your product, please send us an email at info@marietmentaal.com that you wish to return the product. After email confirmation, please ship the product: Mill Valley Ltd., Villardi 3, 10136 Tallinn, Estonia. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase including your email address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all previous and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@marietmentaal.com.
Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item didn’t fit or you didn’t like it, we will exchange it with a different item and give you store credit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@marietmentaal.com and send your item to: Mill Valley Ltd, Villardi 3, Tallinn 10136, Estonia. We will pay for the exchange shipping.
Reimbursement
A reimbursement can only occur in case of a quality defect of a product. In this case only, a purchase can be returned within 14 days following delivery and we will replace or if impossible compensate the customer by crediting his account with the equivalent of the purchase price. Wear is not considered a quality defect and is not covered by the warranty. A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
